Wikipedia cites Mystique as a decent example of Neutral Evil, a blatantly untrue statement that directly contradicts not just Chris Claremont’s characterization of her, but also my to-be-released Counter Strike mod in which she’ll be able to turn into Fox McCloud, Tom Servo, and my Horde character, the Dark Elf sorceror Malko Vik, representing her moral range (although it’s obvious that she won’t be able to turn into them at the same time unless you can manage to find a source for the 1.21 jigawatts needed to power the Heart of Gold, curiously the exact voltage that’s given off by a Lv. 34 Electabuzz).
If the Chameleon Circuit on the TARDIS worked and it turned into a catgirl, I’d totally do her — of course, that wouldn’t be canon, I know.

Star Trek is practically mainstream. People who’ve never even seen a single episode (including myself) still know that Spock is an emotionless nerve-pinching Vulcan, Kirk shagged anything that stood still long enough, Sulu is gay and Bones is a doctor, not a quantum physicist.
Harry Potter is similarly mainstream – it’s become basic pop culture.
The Prisoner isn’t geek, it’s cult. The two often overlap, but they are not the same thing.
Babylon 5 – I got nothing. But that’s because I know nothing about it (because it’s not mainstream).
