Nat Bass. is indeed pregnant, but I don’t think that excuses the dress.

It was a pretty good night last night – I’m having trouble picking which guy might go home.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the Ken and Barbie arms in that dance! as well as the faces, the routine, and the execution. I’ve been having a lot of tehcnical trouble in the last 2 weeks seeing the Australian eps, so I’m really grateful for your recaps.

P.S. The choreo, judging and overall quality of SYTYCD Australia is so far above those of the U.S. show’s last season, and I’m not at all hopeful about all the proposed changes to the show.

Hmmm I loved the Jessie/Nick ballroom where she was a bellydancer (I think). I also thought Nick did a better hip hop than Jessie did – he seemed more relaxed and got the I’m-so-cool flavor that you need to pull off hip hop.

Actually I think the same is true of Robbie in Robbie and Ivy’s sneaking out hip hop – I think she was too pop, too many smiles or something for hip hop.

The Robbie and Ivy Cabaret was probably my favourite overall dance. Everything about it was interesting to watch and both of them sold the drama of their characters.

I, also, didn’t really love or hate the Philippe/Carly contemporary. Love the dress. Didn’t feel much about the dance.

Oh, that Broadway was fantastic. I didn’t need the Bonnie cougar bit, but I’m glad she called Jason on the silly comment.

And yeah, I’m not sure what it was that was missing the the P/C contemporary, but while it was far from bad, it just didn’t grab me.
