You know, I bet that Big Bird could find work in this field after Romney lays him off.
It’s still real to me, dammit!
Also, I love how it uses its tail at one point to knock the other guy over, and he just goes along with it.
I like that they appear to have just used a regular dragon costume for this. Like, they didn’t even modify it in any way to keep the the head from falling off, so the poor guy has to struggle in vain for the whole match to keep the damn thing on.
Chikara is the best.
It it bad that I want to see him do a dragonrana? I just… wow. I love how friendly Dragon Dragon looks.

Eddie Kingston’s commentary just makes that whole segment — maybe the most noir-like character in wrestling (and in CHIKARA, to boot) marking out like a little kid.
I’m reminded of a wonderful DVD I picked up: Kaiju Big Battel. Nothing like being seated ring side for giant monsters rampaging through the city.
