Are you with Teksavvy? If not, you should try them.

I am, in fact, with Teksavvy. The problem with Teksavvy is that while their day-to-day service is excellent and good value, whenever you want to make a major change you are at the mercy of Bell’s technicians.

MGK: Agreed. I once switched from Rogers to Teksavvy. Couldn’t get internet to save my life. Bell installer did SFA. Eventually the super of my building, who used to do installations for Bell did the work, and hooked me up.

Does this mean no al-Rashad until fixed?

This is my experience every time I change service, and it is exactly because resellers (I’m with Acanac) are at Bell’s mercy, who couldn’t care less. Both times I was out for a month, hope it works out better for you.
