If You Like Arcane Political Debate Coverage Then I Am Your Guy!

There was recently a debate on mixed-member parliamentary representation versus our current first-past-the-post system here in Toronto, and I covered it. Those not familiar with Canadian politics may not get all of the gags, but oh well.

This wasn’t posted here because of potential reproduction issues with Torontoist, who’ve been good to me. Rest assured anything I post there beyond regular news updates will get a link from here, as will any other sites I write for in future.

Clearly you had a good time and found more than enough to mock while on assignment. Were you paid too? The report was good enough for pay, but having it both ways is usually illegal.

I was paid, yes - the standard going rate of “not much, trust me.”
