I’ve seen one better: 9/11 coverage on CNN.com with smoking tower pictures. Banner ad read, “Fly free next time!”

I love context-based ads. I saw one about a guy who plowed his car through a whole crowd of people, and the ad on the side said “Need car insurance? We can help!”
