I Am The New King Of All Civilized Media
So I’m going to be on Team Bloggers for this year’s edition of CBC’s Test the Nation. (It is airing on the 20th at 8 p.m.)
Which doesn’t particularly mean I will become famous or anything, but, you know - it’s fun to be on television! Even if it only is for a few seconds’ worth of airtime.
So watch it! I demand your attention even moreso than usual.

Man, congratulations. Consider it in my viewing rotation. I’ll just shift Anderson Cooper’s riveting documentaries to the side for a while.
Now you gotta think through your fashion choice for the show. Do an Alan Moore and wear something passive-aggressively showy. Do it.

If I was going to wear anything super-y, it would be a Spirit-esque suit with domino mask.
Except that would just make me look like the whitest member of the Crazy 88s, so no.

I didn’t even think of the superhero thing (stupid brain, missing the obvious!) — I just thought a Jack the Ripper-style cape would be quite fashionable. But a big Edward Gorey fur coat would be even better, now that I’ve had time to think about it further and have been forced to respond in abject shame.
