“Nobody ever says Italy.”
Wipeout looks almost exactly like TNN/SpikeTV’s Most Extreme Elimination Challenge (aka “MXC,” aka “Takeshi’s Castle” in Japan). Get a bunch of people to run through an insanely designed obstacle course and then laugh when they crack their heads open. It just doesn’t have that irritating dub because it’s original American content.
Takeshi’s Castle airs in the UK with Craig Charles (of Red Dwarf fame) dubbing in the commentary. Very entertaining.
