Not only “kind of” - it’s totally gone. :/
Well, no Bugs and Daffy? ARG!
That means we need to talk about American politics (the DNC, John McCain’s VP choice) instead, right?
Ending on a masterpiece. I would have loved to see this in a theater- the way it plays with audience expectation at the start is quite clever.
The category gives away the ending, though I’m guessing most of MGK’s readers have seen this already (probably multiple times).
It’s parodied by the ending of the final episode of the Clerks cartoon, after the five minute mark here.

I concur.
Wasn’t Bugs Bunny at the receiving end of one of these treatments, via Elmer Fudd? I can’t seem to locate it anywhere.
