When I recently said I was taking a staycation, my friend told me that I had to see the series that came up with the term. I recently finished Season 5 this week, and still go back to play previous episodes. Love this show.

First-season Corner Gas was simply brilliant stuff. My favourite episode has to be “All My Ex’s are from Toronto”, but it was a solid season all the way through. Everything else is a little more uneven, as tends to happen, but it’s still probably one of the best sitcoms out there.

They showed this show in my area at midnight. Its kind of like a simplified version of Seinfeld, yet light hearted.

I would have expected something like The Real Ghostbusters for October, but to each his own.
