I assumed it was Billy Dee Williams until I read down to the bottom.

And I'd also like to see the rest of the article.

I've been- hypocritically -looking into the MJ nonsense, and I am of the opinion that he did have a skin disorder. But went overboard on the surgery trying to hide it.

@RobotKeaton
That would have been awesome. I was 1 at the time this came out so I would have missed the fiasco, though.

@jason
I agree.

Yeah, I know a guy with vitiligo, I'm pretty sure that isnt what turned MJ white. His skin (And also hair) has patches with no pigment, but it is definately not uniform in any way. If MJ had vitiligo, then he still went the plastic surgery route to even it out, but personally I doubt he had it in the first place.

There are skin conditions out there that make your skin stop producing pigment, effectively turning you albino in bits and splotches. Hardly noticeable on a white guy like me, very obvious on a young Michael Jackson.

THe Vitiligo causes the skin to get splotchy from what I understand. THe whitenss was basically going overboard when trying to keep the skin tone even.

Though honestly I thought he'd already gotten a bit lighter than in that picture in 85

"Apparently MJ’s whiteness wasn’t so much plastic surgery, and more a rare skin condition?"

Michael Jackson becomes white, Billy Dee Williams plays a character who would later be played by a white man. Conspiracy or bullshit? YOU DECIDE.
