Yes. I’ve even gone back and asked the teacher if “that was all”

Absolutely.
One of my exams last year had the exact same questions as the sample exam we’d been give, only in a different order. I was finished the 2 hour exam in 40 minutes.
I work in a professional testing environment, and “deceptively easy” is usually when you’re so dumb, you don’t even realize that you just took a test for a class you had two years ago.

Yikes. I hate those moments.
My advice: Go have a drink. I mean, if you aced it, you might as well celebrate your awesomeness. If you failed it hard, then a drink won’t hurt you any.

I read a report once that was talking about how people who thought they did well on tests were statistically more likely to have done worse on them than people who were unsure of the results.

Unless it is Math (evil) than I am always done with tests inside of twelve minutes. Bizzarly enough less time= higher grade for me. I must be a freak or something. Plus don’t have A drink, have MANY.

Could be worse. Could get an exam where you spend half an hour trying to figure out how to begin answering one of the questions.

God, I hate the uncertainty that follows in the wake of exams. I feel like stabbing anyone who asks me how I think I did. Can they not see I don’t want to think about it?!

Came out of an exam last year *convinced* I’d failed because I must have missed something – it couldn’t have been that easy. Got 86%.

I’ve had teachers that don’t really care about testing you on the hardest stuff, they want to make sure you can answer exactly what you’re asked and not just barf up the whole textbook. So, in conclusion… Team Go Get A Drink.

Deceptively easy is the worst kind of exam.
(shudder) Gotta prepare for the A+ Cert… (shudder)
That wonderful fear that you either fucked up incredibly badly or they’ll be rewriting the textbooks based on what you just wrote.
