Chris, I know this will sound weird as hell, but Battle Of The Exes wasn’t that bad. I’m thinking the producers tried to get everybody on their best behavior after two “stars” were accused of rape in a prior season. And yes, while Emily’s little incident was ugly, 1. She did show remorse, which was a little better than ignorance, and 2. I didn’t want to punch her 500 times in the face like I did Colton. Speaking of whom . . . how did you celebrate the little Boy Queen’s departure?

BTW, out of the six remaining contestants, only one (Johnny, who’s usually as big of a scumbag as his pals Evan and Kenny) has won in the past. Personally, I’m pulling for CT & Diem. They look to lurch towards adulthood . . . and this would be a fitting farewell for those two.

Margery Tyrell, eh? Really? In the book she’s just sort of “there” for me, but having these characters played by actors has definitely brought them to life in ways they weren’t on the page. It happened to Shae, Alliser Thorne, Osha, Varys, and especially Bronn in S1, all of whom were just background noise in the book and became awesome in the show. Even Arya was a bit bland for me until Maisie Williams inhabited her.

For some reason I always imagined Margaery as looking like Michelle Trachtenberg.

Margaery’s an odd character in the books because it’s hard to get a read on her (idealist? opportunist? lesbian?). Obviously Cersei’s POVs are entirely unreliable because Cersei is batshit insane, but the other main POVs of her, Sansa and Tyrion, aren’t much more informative.
