The sale of stolen runegoods is a crime punishable by death in Gundring, and all Gundring embassies will pay for returned runed items – but not nearly so much as the black markets will, of course.
Stone-launching catapults are generally considered to be outdated technology with the recent advent of Gundring cannon, but they remain cheap and dependable options for siege assaults.
In addition to being outlawed (and because of it), Karakan fire is extremely expensive. A kilderkin of Karakan fire will generally cost its weight in silver.
