Flying carpets were lampshaded even before that.

Nah, you see, Flying Carpets are actually not real, but the Rashadi help to perpetuate the myth of flying carpets, as a cover for their Flying Tablecloths which actually do exist.
Why do I have “A Whole New World” stuck in my head just now? ;D
