I’ll have to try and dig up the article that mentions that Tolkien made some comments to Lewis for having a satyr running around with little girls.

Its a shame Douglas Adams didn’t have his hitchhiker trilogy out in time to be a part of that conversation.

He would have had to written it by the age of 8, but it still would have been cool.

Okay, wow, this is ancient, but I have to say, this is bloody fantastic. I just read this aloud with Tolkien as Hugh Laurie and Lewis as Rowan Atkinson and it was just the best thing ever. MGK, do you mind if I use this as skit material? It’s comedy gold.
