Yes, the video is blocked in the US. However, you can search YouTube for “Wintersleep Weighty Ghost” and find plenty of copies that aren’t blocked.
That is what takes “blocked in your country for copyright reasons” from frustrating to bearable idiocy, at least when you are dealing with music videos, because 99% of music videos have alternate copies posted.
