I’m just throwing it out there that it is unlikely that this is a Politician Magic the Gathering-like game so that every single one of us can all be slightly disappointed at the same time about whatever MGK is working on.
Although if it’s the Rex the Wonder Dog card game, it would be almost as good except that it’s only fun if you are holding the Rex the Wonder Dog card.
A Rex the Wonder Dog game would probably be much like Groo: The Game, except that instead of having Groo wander around randomly destroying things, you would have Rex wandering around randomly making things generally much better. Perhaps the players would be small-time heroes trying to build up a reputation worthy of comparison, however slight, to the Wonder Dog.
MGK! Would this be playable with a distant friend over electronic communication! Like Diplomacy! Respectfully, this is a wonderful idea.
