Pretty sure that’s a tooth, or some sort of bony protuberance anyway.

Personally, I’m taking bloodyhugestabbything as a tusk of some kind*, but I suspect we’ll find out in a week or two just how (and what) it’s attached to.

(*) Technically also a tooth, really.
