Well said from the legal side of things.
I can only say that taking him down in the courts will only turn him into a martyr for the buffoons who still think he’s doing a good job.
The man is a bloated idiot, who after twelve years still hasn’t bothered to read the regulations, seems to think rules apply to other people, and is incapable of showing any personal judgment or sign that he can learn from his mistakes. He is a complete and utter moron, and the sooner he gets turfed out of office, the better it will be for Toronto.
