In my experience it is best to forgo the Metamucil entirely and get your fiber straight from the All-Bran. The best way to stay polyp-free is to exfoliate that colon.

I would apologize for sharing that potentially life-saving information, but in my defense you totally brought it up first.

Well put.

I consider myself conservative- but I cannot vote Conservative, federally or provincially. It might be that’ll never happen, while the parties are in the hands of hyper rabid neocons who think democracy equals the annihilation of political opponents. And Hudak’s just as awful- if not worse- than Harris.
