I love the badge.

I want the badge.

I’m sorely tempted to go sign up with Central Casting again, just to work on this movie, just so I can smuggle a badge off set.

Seatbelts! At long last, seatbelts!

I also like the switches and dials on the control panel. Slightly retro without dating the entire thing.

I’m going to take a page from your Snakes Eyes thread to simply mention that this is being written by the same people who did Transformers.

MAGNIFICOOOOOOOOOO!! Seriously? Transformers?? This makes the Lopez very sad.

Star Trek badge related story: My nerdy dad’s (equally nerdy) coworker’s more nerdy son came to visit the job site wearing a ST:TNG Picard suit with the pin and the pips on the collar. Following this, other nerds at the job came out of the woodwork and started asking coworker-nerd for his source of pins and bought them to wear on their lab coats and business shirts. The cheaper ones used “gold star” stickers. This trend has continued for several months.

That being said, I am forwarding this link.
