I’m not gonna stop holding my breath until the motherfucker’s behind bars, or until he’s backed into a corner and forced to reveal incriminating evidence against his old boss. I’d heard a scary possibility, which was that he might be leaving in order to run Fred Thompson’s campaign.

Plus, I can’t see what’s stopping him from continuing to have a hand in things in an unofficial capacity. All Bush has to do is pick up a phone to consult him, after all. Fuck, there should be somebody wiretapping the goddamn PRESIDENT. I’d bet good money that any conversation between him and Rove would be incriminating as all get-out.
