The first time I heard this bit was on a bus, two douchebags were reciting the Dane Cook appropriation of it. So I’m always pleased to hear the proper version.
I’ve seen and heard countless comedy routines, sketches, and scenes doing endless variations of “kids asking ‘why'”…but this one goes farther than any of them, and is set up and paid off beautifully. You know someone’s good when they can relight the pilot on prehistoric material.
