Sorry, I can’t help myself sometimes.
I don’t know why, even though I’m not Canadian (although I briefly thought of emigrating to Toronto, between George W. Bush’s re-election in 2004 and the Harper government coming to power), I get such schadenfreude over Ford getting it in the neck, but I do. He’s like Mitt Romney’s id made flesh.
I just saw Vice had an article on Rob Ford, sarcastically calling him their favorite mayor. So of course I came here to see what MGK would say.
Wait a minute…Auric Goldfinger got elected Mayor? And no one saw this ending badly?
I’m disappointed in your lack of EXCITING BYELECTION LIVEBLOGGING. If there’s one thing worth staying up late for, it’s to see who wins that Victoria seat.
