That is an absolutely breathtaking mask/tie combination. I wish all luchalawyers dressed that well.

Dear Sir:

Enclosed, please find one (1) Internet. Congratulations, you have won it.

Today perfection has been achieved…

Look! Behind you! That plant is evil, I’m telling you, and it wants to eat you.

Remember that ep of Angel, with the Luchadore fighting demons?

You topped that.

Dear El Tyrano Magnifico:

Could you please do something about Markie Post’s mid-80s hair? I’m having trouble taking her seriously.

Stop the Internet, because it’s never going to get better than this.

Dear Mr. Magnifico,

You claim to be the greatest luchador lawyer, but you have never fought Numero Cinco, of famed luchador team Los Hermanos Numeros. I demand a match be scheduled forthwith.

Love,
supergp

PS A match between you and El Diablo Robotico would likewise be awesome.

“Magnifico, Gomez and El Terror”? Thank you. I laughed so hard it gave me abdominal pressures.

Someone’s fetish just instantiated.

Dear El Tyrano Magnifico:

Why do you hide your face behind a mask like a criminal when you profess to respect law and order?

(Somebody always asks that; might as well be me!)

My student, Wendy Watson, would have much to learn from you.

Luchadors are great all on their own, but I have long believed that they were capable of multiclassing. El Santo, for instance, multiclassed into cleric, while La Parka was a lucha lich. It would not surprise me if, in the coming years, we should see Luchador Detectives, Luchador Rock Musicians, and Luchador Postal Curriers.

Also – the Amazing Joy Buzzards….awesome comic. That had a luchadore.

El Tyrano Magnifico is my ideal man.

Did MGK just put on a lucha mask for this? That looks like his suit from the other photo. Awesome, awesome post.

Dear El Tyrano Magnifico:

Is there any existing precedent regarding what to do if a dastardly adversary should wear an identical mask underneath his first mask during a “mask bout,” thus insulating himself against the revelation of his identity and resultant loss of status and reputation? Do I have any legal recourse in this scenario?

I remember thinking to myself on Friday, “Chris seems to be slowly checking out, probably because of his lawyerish duties.” Sort of like publius at ObWi.

I owe you an apology, sir.

@kenb3: If you’re insinuating that El Tyrano Magnifico would allow himself to photographed without his mask, then you must be crazy and any theories as to Magnifico’s true identity quashed and thrown out from court!

I too, have a question:

Dear El Tyrano Magnifico:

If during a match my Evil Twin loses to an opponent and is unmasked, do I too gain the shame of my face being shown in public? Or is his goatee enough to preserve my honour?

I just noticed — what’s going on with the books in the back? Were they shopped in or are they a collection of much-repeated false fronts?
