Although I find a lot of the new non-club-improv-comedy-anywhere scene to be kind of sickly attention-seeking, I have to concede that sometimes they are really quite awfully clever.
See, that’s not disruptive or some form of harassment. That’s just a lot of good vibration.
Now, see. I thought No Shirts and The Moebius were far more creative.
Improv Everywhere are just good fun
I love Improv Everywhere! I never thought of it as attention-seeking…just people out to have a good time in an unusual way. (The Moebius – is that the time-loop one? That one was awesome. Their MP3 experiments are cool too.)
Yes, the Moebius is the time loop in the coffee house.
I don’t like the MP3 experiments as much because while watching the documentary, you hear what all the participants hear and you don’t get as much of the effect as anyone else who might be watching, without an iPod.
I think they should show the actions of the participants without the audio instructions they are receiving before they clue people in to what they are being instructed to do.
