Yeah, I’d have to say that ranks pretty high on the Fucked-Up-O-Meter.

There should totally be a picture of Hostess Fruit Pies in the bottom right corner of this page.

I agree with Zenrage, the only way this should end is with the monster’s hunger being satisfied with delicious hostess fruit pies as the legion enjoys a laugh in the corner of the panel.

Who wrote this, and what did he have for dinner the night before?

Hm, what other words start with “Orga…”?

I will never understand why DC editorial didn’t allow Waid to work Organus into his “Threeboot” version of the Legion as Hentai Lad. There was just so much potential there.

…umm… and there’s pretty substantial package down there as well.

o_O SCARY!

And yet… he wears red underpants.

I’m afraid I’m not up on my non-animated Legion; who’s the lucky blonde who just won a lifetime aversion to seafood?

Who’s the artist?

Ew, those sucker fingers are giong to give me nightmares. You need to post some My Little Pony awful quick before I sure for emotional trauma!

I think that’s Marshall Rogers, though his era was a little bit before my time. And that’s poor Light Lass there.

Other highlights from the LSH Gross Hall of Fame: Cosmic Boy has his face ripped off sideways while being impaled through the gut, from LSH #300, an alternate timeline story; and Lightning Lad murders Element Laf after Element Lad murders Monstress, from the Legion Lost finale.

I’m pretty sure that’s Pat Broderick’s artwork. It looks like his inking at any rate.

It’s Pat Broderick, and you can blame Paul Levitz for coming up with this thing.

Man, it’s like the artist had spent a few days browsing this blog.

The listed artists are Pat Broderick and Bruce Patterson.

The writer?
Paul Levitz.

The fruit pie moment does come at the end, with Brainiac 5 asking if anyone wants to play Dungeons & Dragons.

It gets creepier the more I look at it. Somehow that chubby basement-living stutter is almost worse than the sucker fingers. I think I’m going to have to spend the rest of my work day at Cute Overload. Thanks for getting me fired, MGK.

That’s what I get for taking a couple minutes to double check.

He has parts… many parts.

I’m just happy that he hides them in his tiny pants.

Hey kids! Comics!

Somehow more disturbing then Infinite Girl…

DC Rule 34ing for us. Without the terrible 13 year old artists.

Whats not to like?

Yeah, I thought this was pretty messed up when we reviewed it on our podcast. The teddy bear proportions and HR Geiger extremities make for some disturbing imagery, without even delving into the script.

The most disturbing part of the image is that in the last panel, Light Lass appears to be doing the “I’m really into this kiss” foot raising gesture common in 40’s movies. See: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/FootPopping
