Very nice piece. Welcome to the blog. Don’t get discouraged if there aren’t too many replies. I’ve noticed the wrestling posts here don’t get as much response as others.

I am very sorry. The death of a sibling is hard. I have lost two brothers, but not that way.

Welcome, and thank you for this interesting, moving and deeply personal post.

As Robert stated, the Wrestling posts do seem to get less comments than others, but they do get read.

Both wrestling and The Amazing Race are not my fandoms, but I read a lot of the posts anyhow, even if I never comment on them.

Thanks for sharing that story about your brother. It really just made me want to wait a couple of hours until I know my sister will be up and around so I can call her. So, well done on that front.

Thank you for that, it’s not always easy to talk about something so personal on such a public format. I looked up that promo and was very impressed, considering my knowledge of wrestling comes mainly from the “John Cena” meme and references from Internet reviewers and Let’s Players. Wrestling, like comics, might just be too impenetrable for me, but I can respect you and your brothers love of it.
