It is Canadian Thanksgiving (AKA “the better version of American Thanksgiving”), so I am busy eating turkey and stuffing and potatoes and sweet potatoes and gravy and rolls and cranberry sauce and, somewhat reluctantly, cooked carrots. Hence why the blog has been inactive this weekend.
That having been said, I wrote this week’s Televisualist column in advance, specifically because I would be busy!

I’m thankfull that “the better version of American Thanksgiving” is not a holiday down south so we can gorge ourselves on US political blogs, webcomics, and the like all day… and then go eat giant leftover turkey sandwiches. We don’t even have to put up with lame television specials!

As a Canadian myself, I’m not totally clear on what makes our Thanksgiving better. Other than our innate superiority of course.
