Good post! Though seeing as how Secret Girlfriend is a visual medium and not a written one, first person perspective might be a more apt description of the show.

“Deep Space Homer” is one Simpsons episode that makes me really really really wish they didn’t make syndication cuts, as opposed to just really really wishing that like I do with other episodes of other shows. It’s because of the scene where Homer and Barney are facing off in a Star Trek-esque gladiatorial ring for the NASA guys, and one of them says “I wager 400 quatloos on the newcomer.”

The Comedy Network can be douchey (I’m sure they have something to do with Comedy Central blocking Canadians from viewing video on its site and redirecting said Canadians to The Comedy Network’s site, which either doesn’t have all of the Comedy Central clips or makes it more difficult to find them), but the fact that they show those episodes without the cuts almost makes up for it.

I’ve seen about 10 minutes total of SECRET GIRLFRIEND, it was a few weeks back, and the stink still won’t come off.

Secret Girlfriend is terrible and not funny, but the one girl “you” like is really hot, which puts me in a quandary. So I go with watch it/her and hate myself

I don’t think Jaison is useless. Remember, he stood up to that prick Ben before that racist bastard got the heave-ho from his tribe. I consider Russell to be a villain, and this Survivor fan usually makes the wank gesture when he comes on screen, as opposed to rooting for him. Coach? Delusional, but not a villain. Personally, I think you gotta go for a bigger prick, like Richard Hatch, to label a villain.

BTW, can you name all of the members of Galu without looking it up? I don’t think anybody can. Seriously . . . Brett? Kelly? They’re just rumors to me.

You haven’t said anything about Eastwick lately. Opinions? I think Gross is doing a pretty good job making Van Horn evil but strangely sympathetic.
