My weekly TV column is up at Torontoist.
So, Detective Murdoch. You’ve returned.
Can we feed the bridezillas to the Sloggh?
? 1850 is in the 19th century, not the 18th century…
And when a cop from 1750 falls through a rift in time and wakes up 100 years later, hijinks ensue!
It’s like Life on Mars, but the references are a lot harder to get.
Filming a show about New York in Canada? Ouch.
Yeah, I think if I’m going to watch a 19th century cop show shot in Toronto, I’ll just go ahead and watch Murdoch Mysteries, which is also set there.
