For a moment there, I thought that Camp was in reference to a ridiculously terrible movie from ten years ago. But that was about musical theatre camp, so the moment passed when you said there wasn’t any singing. Hopefully this outing will redeem the title.
As to Jane Lynch, well, she’s committed the cardinal crime of being a part of Glee, which is the rough equivalent of fingernails on a blackboard, or waterboarding, or putting up with mimes…
Looks like you were right about the Goodwin Games; it WAS just thrown out there to die. Shame too. It may not have been as good as How I Met Your Mother (the show that the tiny bit of marketing they got was built around) or Raising Hope (its lead-in) but it is easily the second best non-animated comedy Fox had this year.
(Cartoons complicate the issue anyway. I still think the Simpsons are funny but Family Guy’s place on any ranking depends on if they were trying that week. Black Family Guy and Right-Wing Family Guy aren’t even in the running … though I’m surprised by how much I love Bob’s Burgers.)
I assumed the current title was held by Porta De Rossi. But I think Mitchell Hundred’s lesbian pirates probably hold some kind of lifetime achievement thing.

The Magnificent Seven is always welcome.

The link won’t work for me.
….This is because I’m American, isn’t it?!
*harumph*
Oh also, I think the Best Lesbian Ever Award was jointly given to these two. It was a tie. Sorry.
Speaking of Toronto, you get home safe and sound? Took me 3 hours and I essentially destroyed my copy of Stardust from water damage in the process… 🙁
Were you using your copy of Stardust as a paddle? Or a boat?
Yeah, MGK; I’m with panzer on this one: The link won’t work for me at all.
And I’m not in the states either.
I was hiding it under my raincoat; and it still got soaked cover to cover. The rain was *intense*.

‘Tis funny, ’cause the link works just fine for me.
And I’m all the way on t’other side of the world in Perth, Western Australia.
