My weekly TV column is up at Torontoist.
It won’t surprise me if Super Tuesday splits the vote and the whole process keeps going all the way to the convention. The president must be laughing his ass off at how much these guys have been tearing each other apart. They’re doing all the work for him.
With your Simpsons Rerun of the Week feature, I thought you might be interested in seeing this blog: http://500daysofhomer.wordpress.com/
This guy is watching and writing about one episode a day until he’s all caught up.
1. What’s with that Grimm remark? I haven’t been watching, since it’s on at the same time as Fringe and Supernatural . . . but I should sit down and see episodes on demand, since the lead was on Road Rules years ago. And if you giving this comment the stink-eye, know that Dave Giuntoli was nobody near as mentally deficient as most of his castmates, and he wasn’t boring, either.
2. My view on Bob’s Burgers in one sentence: There are some series not even H. Jon Benjamin can save, and this is one of them.
In fairness, just because there aren’t a lot of Canadian films doesn’t mean that they aren’t worthwhile. ‘Monsieur Lazhar’ and ‘Cafe de Flore’ were two of my favourite movies from last year.
