I used to read all those stories when I was like three or four years old. I think that was probably the last time I used a public library.
The Mr. Men were probably the first anthropomorphic personifications that I encountered in fiction. I always liked Mr. Tickle as a boy, but I can’t help but feel that he’d be considered a paedophile these days.
Do you think Mr. Impossible could beat up Superman? It seemed like there was nothing that he couldn’t do.
“Socialised medicine” was the funniest image, by the way.
Oh man, I hadn’t thought of those things in /years/. They are kind of different viewed in a modern lens/photoshop filter.
