Foley’s delivery here is just brilliant.
Oh back in the day when Matthew was even marginally competant, actually got on the radio, and one of the few times when actual current events were mentioned on a new radio based show. Eeeeexcellent.
Ah, the only good use of Andy Dick, ever.

I agree Evan, Dave Foley is perfect in this role.
He also did a pretty good job in Sky High.
