I saw the words Supreme Court and my little future 1L brain lit up, but then I realized that its not…you know, for me.
Just kidding, this is actually pretty interesting. 7-0, as well. Usually, a judge has some type of niggling little detail he has to go of about.
Please continue these by all means, it’s a fascinating look into a part of society I have not interacted with often.
MGK – Precedents and caselaw are one of my absolute favourite things in the world. I’ve not been reading these because at present my brain is threatening to dribble out of my ears due to finals but when (oh glorious day) I finish I will get on these like gum on a shoe.
