It’s been a couple of months since I last took requests, so… have at it.
Usual caveats apply: no “I should writes,” and if you want to request more comics – well, let me know and I’ll see what I can do.

How about a list of recommended TV shows? Relatively new (or otherwise)? I know you do televisualist, but that’s usually commenting on whatever is on in any given week and it also seems to strive for as broad a scope as possible, it’s not really the same as a “TV you should totally see” list.
So yeh, that’d be cool.
Comparing and contrasting the Vancouver riots to the G20 riots?
Studio Executives, dammit!
It’s been far too long.
Would love to see some more original fiction in the vein of your Beatles piece (which I still think is one of the finest pieces of fiction to be published on the internet).
Maybe some cool new comics stuff? I wouldn’t mind seeing you read through a stack of old Spider-Mans or what-have-you and review them.
How bout reviews of movie cliches (as opposed to whole movies) or individual sub-genres of monster/adventure films (blobs, zombies, vampires, elves, etc).
Tell me; how do we shoot three torts into the air? We need more El Tyrano Magnifico.
What about the new gods? bringing Darkseid back with a new modus operandi after being…gone, I guess because of a karaoke song would be a challenge worthy of your imagination,…
Still about the Dr Strange posts, here’s my appreciation & tribute to your ideas:

What was up with that whole postal strike thing? Also so yes on more 3 executives…
A bit on nuclear and alternative energy might be cool. In the wake of Fukushima, there’s been a hell of a lot of argument about how dangerous radiation is or isn’t. It seems very likely that the disaster will be the death of new nuclear development for Japan as it was never terribly popular to start with, but the energy security concerns that led to the development of plants are not illusory.
I would like more things, please.
Alignment chart of Republican Presidential candidates
How about an alignmnt chart for the Marvel Movie Universe? (Though maybe you should save that one for after the Avengers movie. Or at least Captain America.)
Outside of social media, what are your favourite websites? What webcomics do you like?
Do you think the Liberal party has a shot in hell of regaining its legitimacy withough merging with the NDP? And where exactly do you think Ignatief went so horribly, horribly wrong?
I think you should pick a series that ended definitively and unsatisfactory. Then write what happened five minutes later in order to get things right…
I’d like to read your take on the postal strike. Also completly unrelated I’d like to read your thaughts about cassanova by Matt Fraction
More rewrites of terrible comics like I Don’t Need Your Civil War and Ultimate Power #2: Very Naughty Edition.
Also, I just started watching Doctor Who and I would love to know which of the last three doctors (9,10,11) you preferred most. Personally, I’m a Eccleston fan, but Tennant a close second. Something about Matt Smith’s face really bothers me, though.
“So you want to be a fan of …” for people who have heard of whatever comic or tv show or book series but don’t know where to start, where to find the material, what bits to skip, or what the core concept is.
Liveblogging. Anything from movies to tv shows to whatever. “pop in the extended version of Fantastic 4 at 6pm EST and read/watch along as I call out all the most glaringly stupid parts.”
Edit to above: Specifically I want to read more DeadPool (he’s IN right now, right?) but don’t know where to start, how far back to go, or where to find the least expensive source of reading material that is still legal.

Since you’re a big Lex fan, I’d like to know your thoughts on Cornell’s Action run that featured him.
How about Forty (or Twenty…or even Ten) MORE Reasons I Will Love Comics Forever in Pictures.
I still regularly reread the original and have used it when I need to find a new series/story to check out.
(1) Take all the subjects on the Big Board and reboot them starting at #1.
(2) More mocking of Rob Ford.
(3) DOCTOR WHOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@Dan: Read Joe Kelly’s run RIGHT NOW. You can pick it up in the Deadpool Classic TPBs, which reprint Deadpool’s original series from te nineties. It’s really good; better than most things involving him now, as he was actually developing into a three dimensional character then rather than just being the walking meme he is today.
As to requests…I’d be interested in getting your thoughts on the Tim Burton Batman films: what worked, what didn’t, how they’ve influenced later interpretations of Batman, etc. Of course, most of this is probably self-evident, but it just seems that whenever people talk about Batman in other media it’s always Adam West, The Dark Knight, and maybe BTAS, when personally I think the Burton films, despite their weirder elements, were just as influential in re-establishing Batman as a dark, brooding character as TDKR was; the latter did so for critics, the former for the general public.

Ergh, sorry for double post.

Also, I’d like to hear your opinion on legal tv shows (ex. Law & Order, The Practice, even Ally McBeal).

Are vampires/zombies/werewolves/smurfs over? If so/not then why?
More on politics, especially Canadian.
More Dr. Strange would be awesome, but if that well is dry, then…Hm…
Perhaps another series strikes your fancy? X-Men? JLA? Green Lantern? Archie? Spider-Man? For Better or Worse?
And I agree with benfromcanada. Canadian politics are awesome and informative to read about.

Arab Spring turns into Arab Summer- the protests are now months old, and still ongoing. There are two civil wars on because of it, and Syria is cracking downviolently. How successful have the movements been? How significant have reforms that have been enacted, where they have been enacted, have been? Is this the path to peace in the Mid-East, or just another excuse for ongoing sectarian violence?
Bin Laden is dead, who will be the new “super villain” the US uses to scare themselves into a thriving arms and underground civilian bunker industry?
I echo the the request for more on politics, of any sort.
As well, I’d be very interested if you wrote an article describing the pros and cons of various political ideologies, as you see them.
And what do you think of the NDP’s argument over removing the word “socialist”? A sign they’re willing to water down their politics to appeal to a wider audience, or just pointless semantics?
Deep thoughts on the reboot
Whoever suggested more 3 execs has the right idea
Definitely 3 Executives…
But I’d also be interested to hear your thoughts on the Supreme Court’s ruling on Walmart vs Ladies. I know you’re Canadian and all, but still.
I’m fond of your alignment chart work. Have you done an Archie Alignment chart yet?
Seconding more political and law stuff, though I understand if your new job means you can’t spout off the way you used to.
There’s this odd controversy in some of the comics blogs I frequent that Superman can never be “wrong.” They argue that him being infallible is a core character trait and I think that him being infallible makes him a pretty boring guy (and I love Superman.) So: can Superman be wrong, and still be Superman?
You mentioned once or twice that Pete Ross as a Superboy supporting character flat out doesn’t work, if I remember right.
Wondering if you have a more thorough post on that.
