Heh. I caught the West Wing reference without looking!
I think we all need to acknowledge the sad reality that the Cable News set, coupled with increased partisan polarization, mean that whoever wins on Tuesday is irrelevant, because the inescapable slog to Decision 2016 begins Wednesday.
I’m honestly surprised Bering Sea Gold is still on. I watched the first episode back in January and and I liked it, but I was also kind of done with it after that. It just seems like they would do the same thing every episode with no real change. Whatsisname would never get his partner to be his girlfriend, and that hardluck case would never get his cheap-ass boat ready in time to mine for gold.
Also, the whole concept seemed kind of dumb. They make it out like this is literally the last, best hope for these people to make money, and at least one guy quit his desk job to try it.
Ahh, thanks for the heads up on another Brian and Stewie time travel episode; I’d given up on the show generally but those are usually fun.
