Chris I’m going to miss your constant (and deserved) cracks at the Azzuri so much, I kind of wish they would have lasted longer in the Cup, so you could make more…
On the other hand, the fact they got served on the first round makes me indescribably happy, so it’s a complex thing.
I just wish we get rid of Maradona in these next four years, get a decent defense and fucking Messi starts playing as he does in Barça… A man can dream, can’t he?

Deep Blue Sea: I have no idea what Thomas Jane’s character’s name actually is, but my wife and I only refer to him as Deep Blue Steve. In everything. Because Deep Blue Sea is that awesome.

I’m not sure whether that Simpsons episode being scheduled is bad timing or the best timing.

The only thing notable I’ve ever seen Thomas Jane in was The Punisher and it always pisses me off when people dismiss that film because it was really the perfect Punisher movie. 90% of that film was stuff taken straight from the Punisher comics (including the “popsice scene”, which I see the most critisium from, which was taken from Punisher War Zone #1). That being said, I think he’s a wonderful actor who I’d like to see get more work.

I really can’t say enought about how amazingly good Stephen Moffat’s Doctor Who is. Its so good I don’t think I can accurately describe it. Needless to say, if your a science fiction fan you should be watching this because its the greatest thing to come out in years. (Yes, Victory of the Daleks is the weak link this season, but I think its got more to do with “If we don’t use the Daleks we’ll have to renegotiate the contract” then “lets throw the fans a bone”. Most fans I talk to are sick of them.) Long live Stephen Moffat.
